TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellations
For accommodation or part thereof cancelled 14 days or less prior to the arrival of the guest, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee equal to the full amount of accommodation cancelled, as follows:
- a maximum of three (3) room nights on accommodation only terms if the cancellation is not less than 8 days prior to arrival, and
- a maximum of five (5) room nights on accommodation only terms if the cancellation is less than 8 days prior to arrival.
- For cancellations following guests’ arrival at the hotel, the full amount of the booked accommodation will be charged on accommodation only basis.
Payment
- Pre-payment or deposit is required prior to arrival of the guest at the hotel. (Deposit: Summer €400.00, Winter €340.00).
- All accounts are payable upon presentation.
- Personal cheques are not accepted.
Check in / out times
Check-in time is 14.00 and check-out time is 12.00 noon.
OTHER INFORMATION
- Studios can accommodate 2 persons only.
- One Bedroom apartments can accommodate up to 4 persons.
- Two Bedroom apartments can accommodate up to 6 persons.
- All taxes and service charges included. Prices are in Euro (€).
- The above rates are per apartment, per day and are for accommodation only.
- Children up to 5 years old staying with two adults are free of charge.
- Children between 5+ and 10 years old staying with two adults receive 50% discount on extra bed charge (May to October inclusive).
- Children up to 10 years old staying with two adults are free of charge (November to April
- inclusive).
- Special rates for privately organised groups of more than 5 apartments are available uponrequest.
- The hotel reserves the right to change above rates without prior notice.
- Interconnecting apartments available on request (subject to availability).
- Swimming pool view apartments available on request (subject to availability; supplement applies).
